Without speakers, you
cannot attain a proper sound. Audio sound quality optimization is one of the
most critical things in smartphones, laptops, computers, etc. With the latest
advancements, the size of the speakers has reduced. The modern speakers are
mini in format and are suitable for small devices like headphones, intercoms,
electronic toys, electronic stethoscopes, laboratory centrifuges, printers, fax
machines, mini Bluetooth devices, cell phones, blood glucose meters, industrial
packaging equipment, laptops, desktop computers, and drive-through
communications. The micro speakers produce louder and higher-sound quality
output in portable music players, tablets, and mobile phones. These speakers
are solid and dense. The main components of a micro speaker include:
- DIAPHRAGM: Diaphragm
is the most essential contributor to the sound quality of the speaker.
Apart from the quality of sound, it also manages issues of stability,
consistency, and temperature tolerance. Micro speakers are usually available in round and oval shapes.
- THE VOICE COIL: The
voice coils in a micro-speaker are commonly fabricated of helically wound wire containing two layers, one up and one down. The voice-coil is self-supporting and has a former material enclosed with a thin layer of fixative on one side and a B-stage.
- THE MAGNET: The a magnet in the micro speakers have incredible self-shielding properties.
- THE ACOUSTIC RESISTANCE SHIELD: No damper can control the diaphragm in micro
speakers because the diaphragm radiates backward. To overcome this, a
cloth of woven or non-woven web is used to overlay the open windows of the basket. The higher the acoustic resistance of the mesh, the tighter the resulting bass response. It provides higher consistency and more top quality.
- FERROFLUIDS: Ferrofluids
are the traditional components of micro speakers. But internal micro magnet loudspeaker manufacturer has made some innovations into it that has made them commercially successful.
